Subject name
Anna Crockett
Age
40
Where do you come from?
Provence in France.
How long have you lived in England?
For 13 years.
How long have you lived in Chippenham?
For nine years.
Where do your family live?
They live in Provence, France.
What is your occupation?
I am a receptionist at a natural health clinic.
You may not know this but I am very good at ...
making cupcakes and being a good mum.
You may not know this but I am no good at ...
headstands or handstands.
My proudest achievement ...
is qualifying as a homeopath.
The best thing anyone said to me ...
is that I’m the best mum ever, by my children.
If I could change one thing about myself ...
I’d have more self-confidence and take more risks on a professional level.
My most treasured possession ...
my memories because I’m not concerned about material possessions.
My favourite bit of Chippenham ...
is John Coles Park as it is close to our house.
Chippenham would be the perfect place to live if ...
it was near the sea.

Every day, for the duration of the exhibition at the Yelde Hall, I will post a new Hidden Presence interview. Please come back to find out about some of the people who represent the diversity of Chippenham.
Hidden Presence is a joint arts and heritage project partnered by:
Chippenham Museum
Wiltshire County Council
Pound arts centre
PLaCE, University of the West of England
These are projects and ideas that are currently in development.
These projects form the body of my work to date.
Our community is diverse and enriched by people from foreign cultures settling among us. The aim of Hidden Presence is to acknowledge the diversity of our community, and our similarities with people from all over the world.
